My go-to bedtime snack is fat-free plain Greek yogurt drizzled with lemon-infused olive oil and raw honey, and sprinkled with flakey Sea salt. Walnuts can be a good addition as well.
But last night I crumbled one of Dejah’s sugar free lemon cookies into it and BAM!! Oh em goodness- fantastic! I almost couldn’t sleep pondering whether I should have a second bowl 🤗
